The K400 E string is a precision high-carbon steel construction with loop-end and medium tension. Sized for 4/4 size violin with a playing length of 13 inches (328mm). Kaplan violin E strings provide the traditional rich sound expected from high-quality steel E strings. Multiple options are available for a wide array of performance needs, including plain steel, aluminum wound, and gold plated. Also available is a unique non-whistling violin E string.
